The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released a notification for the recruitment of 389 Manager and Junior Executive posts in various channels. The online application process will begin on August 8, and eligible candidates can apply through the official website, aai.aero, until September 7, 2026.The recruitment process includes Manager jobs in civil engineering, electrical engineering, finance, information technology, construction, legal, firefighting, operations, marketing, corporate management and administration, and corporate communications. Junior Executive positions are available in finance, law, operations, and research as well as photography.

AAI has announced 389 vacancies, including 260 Manager and 129 Junior Executive posts.The highest number of jobs is for Manager (Engineering-Civil) with 145 posts, followed by Junior Executive (Operations) with 79 posts.
AAI Recruitment 2026: Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through Computer Based Test (CBT). The exam date will be announced later on the official website.According to the information, CBT will have objective type questions and there will be no wrong marking.Candidates who have been selected as supervisors must also appear for document verification and interview. Applicants for Manager (Fire Services) will also undergo physical, driving and endurance tests.
Eligibility and age limit
A maximum of 32 years for Manager positions and 27 years for Junior Executive positions, starting September 7, 2026. Age relaxation will be given to those selected as per government regulations.Applicants applying for Manager positions must have the necessary academic qualifications along with three years of relevant post-qualification work experience. No previous experience is required for Junior Executive positions. Education requirements vary by job.
AAI Admission 2026: Fees
Candidates for Manager posts will get a salary of Rs 60,000 to Rs 1,80,000, while Junior Executives will get Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,40,000.According to AAI, the average annual cost of the company (CTC) is Rs 21 lakh for managers and Rs 14 lakh for junior managers, along with salary and other benefits.AAI has requested the candidates to submit the application only through the online form available on their official website. Those who wish to apply for multiple posts must complete a separate application and pay the application fee separately for each post.
