Emerging star of ‘Stranger Things’, Sadie Sink has revealed how he landed his mysterious role in Marvel Studios’ ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’. Unlike other talents who have to go through lengthy audition processes, the actress revealed that she landed a major role in the film, “without auditioning”.In an interview with Nylon, Sink shared that he was offered the role after previously working with the director Destiny Daniel Cretton in the 2017 drama ‘The Glass Castle’. Interestingly, the actress was not even given a script until she arrived in London to shoot on Day 1 of the schedule. He also stated that the script was held back in an attempt to keep details of the film under wraps.Sink also praised her co-star Tom Holland to give him a warm welcome to the sets. She said: “It was interesting to come into that space and be a bit of an outsider in that way, but it couldn’t have been more welcoming, and just the whole crew in general.”“He was so relaxed and open, and I felt so at ease,” she added.Reflecting on joining one of Hollywood’s biggest franchises, Sink shared, “I knew Marvel was a big deal and had a big brand, especially Spider-Man. I know there’s a big fan base, but it feels really big. I think those blockbuster movies are a whole different beast.”Marvel has been keeping details about Sink’s character under wraps. The actress, who kicked off film promotions with the cast last month, has also shied away from revealing her character.Meanwhile, rumors are circulating that Sink has been cast as an X-Man in the upcoming fourth “Spider-Man” film directed by Holland.‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ is scheduled to open in theaters on July 30.
