Aditya, a resident of Ratnauli village in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur district, has secured an All India Rank (AIR) of 946 in NEET UG with a band of 295, becoming the first student from his village to qualify the medical entrance exam.His victory has turned into a moment of collective pride for the village. While his grandfather, Saukhi Sahni, used to earn money by pulling rickshaws, Aditya’s father, Harendra Sahni, supports the family through odd jobs. His father, Deveshchandra Prajapati, praised him for his good preparation for the results. Akash Kumar from Chanpakdi in Saraiya scored 608 marks, AIR 7,637 and EWS ranked 821 in three attempts. His parents accepted the guidance of his teachers, Sahindra Bhagat and Ramchandra Sah, while residents and local representatives praised him for his success.
