Re-NEET exam over, papers rated slowly: When will answer key be released?
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has conducted the re-NEET exam on June 21, 2026. The re-test was conducted offline at more than 5,400 centers in India and abroad, with candidates writing their answers on OMR sheets. The official answer key, however, will be released later by NTA on its NEET website. Along with the temporary answer key, candidates will be able to get their answer keys scanned and OMR sheets. After evaluating the challenges given by the candidates, the organization will publish the final answer key before declaring the result.Candidates are advised that until the answer keys are announced, they should rely on the information provided by NTA and compare the unofficial answers with those of the candidates to check their performance.
Re-NEET Answer key 2026 : Method of copying
After publishing the Re-NEET 2026 official key by NTA, candidates should follow the steps below to download the same:
- Go to
NEET official website : neet.nta.nic.in - Click on the link named “NEET UG 2026 Answer Key” or “Re-NEET 2026 Answer Key” on the home page.
- Login using Application Number and Password/Date of Birth.
- The answer key and your recorded answer/OMR will appear on the screen.
- Select your question paper, if required.
- Download PDF answer key.
- Keep a copy and compare your answers with the accepted answers to compare your results.
Re-NEET exam 2026 : How to calculate what you can afford
Candidates can compare their marks using the NEET formula:
- Add 4 marks for each correct answer.
- Deduct one mark for each wrong answer.
- No marks are awarded or deducted for unanswered questions.
