After enjoying stronger numbers over the weekend, the collections dipped considerably on Monday.According to Sacnilk, the film earned 83 lakhs nett in India on its nineteenth day.
Collection on the 19th is down 70.6 percent
The film’s Monday earnings represented a huge drop from the Rs 2.82 crore net collected on Sunday. As per the latest reports, the 19th day total of 83 lakhs marked a 70.6 percent drop in daily collections.‘Peddi’ was screened in 1,734 programs on Monday. While overall numbers were down from weekend levels, the film continued to draw audiences in key markets. The Telugu version recorded an overall occupancy of 18.27 percent.After nineteen days on the big screen, the film’s India net collection has reached Rs 235.10 crore.Its gross domestic collection now stands at Rs 278.20 crore. The film established a strong foundation in its first week by collecting Rs 193.55 crore nett in India. It then added another Rs 34.45 crore nett in its second week.
Overseas markets add to the global total
“Peddi” grossed Rs 5 lakhs overseas on 19. The overseas total has now reached Rs 52.90 crore gross. The worldwide gross collection of ‘Peddi’ has gone up to Rs 331.10 crore.The biggest contribution on Monday was again from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
