The Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority of Saudi Arabia, Turki Alalshikh, took to his social media account to share a video of the actor, along with 4-5 other people offering their prayers in a mosque. In the caption he wrote that the famous actor had accepted the Islamic faith after working on his film ‘7 Dogs’ in the country.The video’s caption read: “Seven Dogs and Breaking Bad star Giancarlo Esposito recited the Shahada (statement of faith) and joined his cast and crew in prayer at a mosque yesterday after expressing his delight at interacting with Muslims while filming in Saudi Arabia. The video was shown yesterday with workers from the Sila company. Praise be to God.” The Shahada is the Islamic declaration of faith.The video has managed to attract a lot of attention on the web and has also managed to go viral.
