UPPSC PCS 2026: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has released the UPPSC PCS 2026 notification on 25 June 2026 for the recruitment of various Group A and Group B posts in all the states.Aspirants for the posts of Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police and Block Development Officer can apply online through the official portal from 25 June to 27 July 2026.More information: The organization has released the detailed advertisement for the PCS 2026 exam on its official website UPPSC UP NIC IN which contains the rules and guidelines for applying to the candidates.Job details: Around 500 jobs have been announced for Group A and Group B posts including Deputy Collector, DSP and BDO.Important dates: This notification was released on 25 June 2026, online applications will start on 25 June 2026 and the last date of application is 27 July 2026.Eligibility and age limit: Candidates should be between 21 and 40 years for General and EWS categories up to 45 years for reserved categories as per UP Government rules.Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree is required for most positions while specialized positions such as Sub Registrar and Statistical Officer require law or advanced degrees in relevant subjects.Policy and fees: Candidates must complete One Time Registration for UPPSC UP NIC IN, fill online form, upload documents and make payment. The application fee is 125 rupees for General and OBC, 65 rupees for SC and ST, and 25 rupees for PwD candidates.Selection process: The recruitment process includes Preliminary Test, Main Test and Interview. The preliminary test is an objective type, the Main test is descriptive and the Questionnaire tests personality and communication skills.
