TS LAWCET 2026 Counselling: The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has started the first phase of TS LAWCET 2026 online counseling today, July 5, 2026, for admission to the three-year LB. and five years of combined LB scholarship for the academic session of 2026-27. Eligible candidates who have appeared for the entrance test can now complete the online registration, pay the fees and upload the copies of the required certificates through the official portal.The online certificate registration verification process will be available from July 5 to July 10, 2026. The notification issued by TGCHE will be an online counseling call, and no separate call letter will be issued. Candidates must complete each session within the prescribed schedule, as participation in counseling alone does not guarantee seat allotment.Registration and verification processCandidates have to apply online, provide the written information and upload supporting documents for verification. Applicants in special categories, including NCC, CAP, PH and Sports, must complete verification at the Directorate of Admissions, Osmania University, Hyderabad, through reservation between July 6 and July 9, 2026, as per the order notified.The list of confirmed candidates will be displayed on July 15, 2026. Online selections for the first round of counseling will be available from July 16 to July 19, 2026, while candidates will be allowed to change their selections on July 20, 2026. Fees for arranging and distributing seatsGeneral category applicants have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 800, while SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs 500 through online payment mode. Details of tuition fees and availability of Convener Quota seat for college wise will be published on the counseling page before admission.The interim seat list for Part I will be released on July 24, 2026. Candidates who have been allocated seats must report to their respective colleges between July 25 and July 28, 2026 with original certificates and receipts for payment of tuition fees for the approved events.AcceptableCandidates must fulfill the requirements prescribed under the relevant state laws for admission to the three- and five-year LL.B. programs. Physical reporting to the assigned college is required in each session. New online options must be provided for each advisory session, and previous options cannot be carried forward. Failure to pay the prescribed fee within the notice period will result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat.
