RSCIT 2026 Admit Card: Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota, has released the RSCIT admit cards for the candidates appearing in the July and August 2026 batch of exams. Candidates who are scheduled to appear for the exam on July 19, 2026, and August 2, 2026, can now download their hall tickets through the official VMOU portal.The University has opened a link for permission cards under the Permission Letter section. Candidates are advised to download the application form before registering for the exam and confirm all details, including exam date, center, reference time and personal details. Candidates can download their hall ticket by following:Step 1: Visit the official website of VMOU Authorization Letter: https://www.vmou.ac.in/permission-letter.Step 2: Click on RSCIT Admit Card or Authorization Letter link.Step 3: Select the region of your choice.Step 4: Select your preferred login method using Learner Code/Roll Number or Name and Date of Birth.Step 5: Send information.Step 6: Download the admit card and print it correctly for verification.Candidates should ensure that the exam date printed on the hall ticket matches the category for which they have registered.Another way to download hall ticketCandidates who are unable to access the admit cards online due to traffic or technical issues can approach their registered IT Gyan Kendra (ITGK). It is an offline test conducted on OMR paper and consists of 35 multiple choice questions carrying 70 marks. There is no wrong mark, and candidates must score at least 28 marks to qualify.The exam assesses computer literacy, including Microsoft Office usage, internet usage, digital payments, e-governance services and cyber security knowledge. The certification is required to qualify several Rajasthan government exams and administrative posts.
