As reported by IANS, the association has also sought the intervention of Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for a detailed inquiry into the circumstances that led to the actor’s deteriorating health. AICWA has questioned whether there were adequate emergency medical facilities on the set and why the actor was not taken to a prominent hospital in Hyderabad if his condition had become critical during the shoot. The association also wants the authorities to examine whether the production team followed mandatory safety, hygiene and medical protocols.

The association seeks accountability and full medical support

AICWA said the film industry has a legal and moral responsibility to provide a safe working environment for artists, technicians and crew members. The association alleged that concerns related to hygiene, sanitation and emergency health care have been raised repeatedly at various filming locations. He also stated that many workers hesitate to speak openly about these issues for fear of losing their jobs. If any negligence is proved, AICWA has demanded accountability and asked the producers of ‘Fauji’ to bear the entire expense of Rajesh Sharma’s treatment and ensure that he gets the best medical treatment till he fully recovers.
