Aamir Khancommented that ‘3 Idiots’ was not inspired by Sonam Wangchuk, she stood her ground and replied, “Mujhe nahi pata (I don’t know).” Pressed again, Mannara looked at Shiv Thakare with a confused look before saying, “Kya? The questions came at a time when Wangchuk was already returning to the public eye. On Saturday, July 18, the activist was shifted to Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital after completing 20 days of his indefinite hunger strike. The Delhi Police stated that the treatment move was based on medical advice and the directions issued by the Delhi High Court.

Since June 28, Wangchuk had been observing an indefinite hunger strike in support of the CJP-led protest over alleged irregularities in the NEET examination and student deaths related to the issue.
