She also addressed the ongoing comments about her appearance and how she “looks older” than her age.

Talking to Shetty, the ‘Enola Holmes 3’ actress delved into her past and revealed key details that hindered her growth as a child actress.She commented, “The things that didn’t help me, oh my God. I would say public perception doesn’t help. Growing up hearing the way people think of you all the time.” She also shared how often people criticized and yelled at how she looked, regardless of what she was wearing.Elaborating, she added: “I think I was 15 when people started saying I looked like a 60-year-old woman… I’d wear a big heel, and people would be like, oh my God, who does she think she is? But then I’d wear a dress and people would tear me apart for looking too old. I realized, [the haters are] just walking contradictions. None of you actually have an opinion. You’re all like robots.”Brown further concluded that all of her experiences growing up in the industry taught her a lot about life and all that glamor entails. He shared that he has made it his life’s “mission” to ensure that young children in the industry are protected at all costs.
