With a net worth of $170 million, the movie star has many investments around. With a large portfolio of work, the actor also has a few real estate investments. Miami Beach House
One of the actor’s most beautiful properties, this Mediterranean beach house was purchased in 2005 for $14.5 million. In the same year, he also married his long-time partner, Luciana Barroso, whom he had met in Miami itself. The two neighboring plots offer a stunning view of their surroundings. Architectural Digest reported that the estate spans 12,000 square feet, boasts 170 feet of Biscayne Bay water frontage, as well as seven bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms. The space also has a guest house and a main house on the plot, and features personal spaces such as a roof terrace, a large swimming pool with an integrated spa, a cabana, a cinema room, a wine cellar, an office and a private terrace. In 2014, ‘The Martian’ actor officially sold the property for $15.4 million.

Located in The Standish, one of the most luxurious living spaces in Brooklyn Heights has a house reserved for the actor. He bought the triplex penthouse for a whopping $16.745 million. The space has six rooms and an open space, in which the actor had officially moved in around 2020. At the time, he had made news in order to cut off the entire street to let furniture and other deliveries pass easily.
Pacific Palisades Mansion
This is another of the longest spaces the actor has been in. He bought the space in 2012 and held onto it until he sold it for the first time in 2021. The mansion spans two floors and currently houses a seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom home that occupied 13,500 square feet. The main atrium is 35 feet high for optimal sunrise and health care. The house also has a billiard room, along with a modern space for playing badminton, tennis and other types of personalized spaces. In January 2021, the actor raised the amount to $21 million; however, the amount was reduced later that year to $18 million.
Bedford Hills Estate
One of his most recent space purchases, Damon spent $8.5 million on this estate in 2022. The “Bourne” franchise star purchased the colonial space that features four bedrooms, along with a five-and-a-half bathroom suite that has an interior space that spans just 7,200 square feet. The property was built in 2004 and also has a personal gym, coffee shop, luxury en-suite bathroom and private veranda. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a study with a wet bar and two living areas with a custom fireplace. The house sits on a 13.5-acre property and also has a 45-foot saltwater pool, a stream, a pond, forest trails, rope bridges, a tree house, a greenhouse, a barn, a basketball hoop area, along with a tennis court. This is one of the best equipped spaces the actor still has. This is where the actor spends most of his time with his family.
West Hollywood Apartment
The ‘Odyssey’ star also has an apartment unit on the West Coast that he mainly uses when he has to work in the area.
While the actor’s love for New York knows no bounds, he also owns a property in West Hollywood. The space had originally been designed and created in 1964; however, it was recently renewed in 2024, the same year the actor paid an estimated $8.6 million for the luxury unit. The building where the unit is located was originally a Los Angeles International Design Center; however, the nine floors of the building were subsequently reused and renovated into residential complexes. Damon primarily lives here when his work commitments take him to the West Coast. Spread over 2,600 square feet, the space includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a 1,600-square-foot terrace, which offers a stunning view of the nearby Hollywood Hills. The building also offers specialized facilities, including a large 2,300 square foot fitness and yoga room, a relaxing resort-style pool and dining area, as well as 24-hour valet parking.
