The woman alleged that during her pregnancy she was made to work long hours, ranging from 11 to 12 hours, five days a week. The Los Angeles Times reported that a professional chef, who used to work for Kylie Jenner and the Kardashian family, alleged that she suffered a miscarriage due to long hours working with the celebrity family. The allegations also include an instance in which the chef was asked to host a birthday party for the family in Palm Springs, California, in February. It was at the same time when she had been 5 months pregnant. However, the report stated that the woman did not receive adequate care at the time.The report also mentions that the woman asked her supervisors at the party for help and support; however, their requests were ignored. He has officially filed a lawsuit against the celebrity’s family. A statement in the lawsuit said: “Due to exhaustion and overwhelming physical stress, [she] broke down emotionally in the bathroom during the event. that evening, [she] he experienced extreme physical exhaustion and heaviness throughout his body as a result of the prolonged and intense workload.“The next day, the woman lost her baby after suffering extreme bleeding and being rushed to the hospital. Afterwards, he went into depression; however, a supervisor allegedly told her at one point: “Stop it, stop it. You’re bothering Kylie. You’re bringing her down.”The chef’s legal counsel also released a statement, sharing that “celebrity status does not exempt anyone from California labor laws. We look forward to presenting the evidence in court and allowing the facts to speak for themselves.”
Kylie Jenner is facing a third lawsuit
This isn’t the only lawsuit Jenner’s former employees have filed against the TV star. Two of his former housekeepers have already filed complaints before this.
