A court in Patna on Tuesday extended the arrest of coach Faisal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, in connection with the case of running a coaching agency till the next hearing on July 3.Khan was named in an FIR in connection with the firing of his guards after miscreants vandalized his training school in early June. The court granted him bail on June 9, which was later extended to June 30. His bail has now been extended to July 3.The court will also hear the bail plea of two of Khan’s bodyguards, who are currently in jail, on July 3.“During the hearing on Tuesday, the court asked for information about the certificates of all Khan’s bodyguards,” said Satyam Jha, lawyer for Khan’s opponent Roshan Anand.“The matter has been listed for hearing on July 3, and the ‘do not compel’ order against Khan will remain in effect until then,” he said.Roshan Anand is one of the accused in the case of vandalism and stone pelting outside Khan’s educational institution on June 2. He is currently on bail.
