India’s Commonwealth Games swimming campaign continues on Monday (IANS)

India will have another action-packed day at the 2026 Commonwealth Games on Monday, July 27 (Day 5), with athletes competing in athletics, swimming, weightlifting, boxing, lawn bowls and wheelchair basketball. After a successful Day 4 that saw India add more medals to their tally, the focus now shifts to several medal contenders in athletics and weightlifting, as boxers and swimmers begin their respective campaigns.Here’s a look at India’s complete schedule for Day 5 (all times in IST).

Athletics

India’s athletics campaign begins in the early afternoon with several qualifying events before the medal rounds later in the day.
