National Institute of Technology (NIT) Agartala has declared the seat allotment result of CCMT 2026 Round 3. Candidates who participated in the counseling can now check and download the allotment by visiting the official website, ccmt.admissions.nic.in.To access the results, candidates must login using their Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) registration ID and password.Candidates who have been offered seats in the Master of Technology (MTech), Master of Architecture (MArch) and Master of Planning (MPlan) programs must complete the seat acceptance process by paying the required fees by June 30, 2026, by 5:30 pm.CCMT is a central counseling process conducted for admission to higher education courses in engineering, architecture and planning offered by National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST) Shibpur, selected Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) and Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs).This year, 76 institutes are participating in CCMT counseling 2026. Seat allotment is done based on GATE 2024, GATE 2025 and GATE 2026 scores.
How to download the CCMT 2026 Round 3 result
Candidates can follow these steps to see how they have been allocated:
- Visit the official website ccmt.admissions.nic.in.
- Click on “Check Round 3 Seat Allotment Result for
CCMT 2026 ” link on the home page. - Enter your GATE registration ID and password.
- Click on the Enter button.
- Your Round 3 seat allotment result will appear on the screen.
- Download and save the distribution letter for future reference.

What about after Round 3 seat allocation?
Candidates who have received the seat must pay the seat acceptance fee by June 30, 2026, till 5:30 pm.After paying the fee, candidates have to verify their documents by July 1, 2026.Those who do not want to continue with the organization they have been assigned can choose to leave the counseling process between July 2 and July 6, 2026.

CCMT authorities have published the list of vacant seats on the official website on July 13, 2026.Registration for the CCMT 2026 Special Round will begin from July 14, 2026, giving eligible candidates another chance to gain admission in participating schools.Candidates are advised to complete all the admission related matters within the prescribed dates and always visit CCMT official website to know the latest counseling updates.
