BMW X6 M60i priced at Rs 17.8 Crore: Equipped with V8 engine, accelerates from 0-100 in just 4.3 seconds!
BMW India finally launched the BMW X6 M60i coupe SUV in the Indian market today, priced at Rs 1.78 crore (ex-showroom). The SUV will be available in India via the CBU route; bookings are already open. The company also offers a 60% guaranteed buyback after 3 years/10,000 km. The BMW X6 M60i is available in six color options – Aventurine Red, Manhattan Metallic, Brooklyn Grey, Sapphire Black, Mineral White and Isle of Man Green. The interior comes in standard Sensafin trim with a choice of Silverstone, Tacora Red/Black, Black and Cognac colours.

Let’s talk about the powertrain first. The new BMW X6 will be equipped with a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine, which can output 530 horsepower and 750 Nm of torque. It uses 48V mild hybrid technology and is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels. It also comes with rear-wheel steering, adaptive suspension, a limited-slip differential and a rear-biased xDrive all-wheel-drive system. The coupe can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 4.3 seconds and has a top speed of 250 kilometers per hour.In terms of design, the new BMW X6 M60i retains the coupe-SUV shape while also updating its styling. The front end now features a revised illuminated kidney grille, slimmer adaptive LED headlights with new daytime running light signatures, and a redesigned bumper with larger air intakes and gloss black inserts. The profile continues the sloping roofline defined by the X6, as well as new alloy wheel designs and M-specific exterior elements. Sculpted body panels and pronounced shoulder lines maintain the SUV’s muscular look.At the rear, BMW has revised the LED taillight graphics and updated the bumper with larger exhaust surrounds and a diffuser-style design. The overall styling continues to combine luxury SUV proportions with a performance-focused appearance.On the interior, the BMW X6 M60i features a dual-tone cabin and layered dashboard design, using BMW’s curved display setup that integrates a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel. Other features include power-adjustable front seats with ventilation, heating and memory functions, dual-zone automatic climate control, wireless phone charging, a panoramic sunroof, a power tailgate and a tire-pressure monitoring system. The SUV also comes with an advanced suite of driver assistance systems and the India-spec model is expected to offer a similar equipment list.
