Telugu actor and producer Bandla Ganesh recently met Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar along with their family to personally invite them to a special family celebration. The visit was to share the invitation to Ganesh’s daughter Janani’s wedding, which is scheduled to take place in Hyderabad on August 16.The meeting was cordial, with the production company extending the wedding invitation to the star couple. Producer clarifies ownership dispute
On the other hand, Bandla Ganesh found himself in the headlines in a legal dispute involving one of his family’s properties.According to Telugu Gulte, the case pertains to a 500 square yard property owned by Parameswara Poultry Farm. The land had been mortgaged to Union Bank as security for a loan. After the repayment was not completed within the stipulated time, the bank auctioned the property to recover the outstanding dues.Ganesh challenged the auction through legal channels. However, he did not get help. After the High Court ruled on him, he went to the Supreme Court, which also refused to interfere and dismissed his petition.
Bandla Ganesh issues statement after verdict
Following the Supreme Court’s decision, Bandla Ganesh took to X (formerly Twitter) to address speculation about the case.In his post, Bandla Ganesh wrote, “The case is only related to a single property of 500 square yards located in Aparna Sinar Valley, Shaikpet. Some people have a misconception that this case includes all my properties or that I have lost all my wealth. This is completely false. This case is limited only to the 500 square yard property in Shaikpet Sinar Valley, Aparna Sinar Valley. Union Bank sold this property in 2022 for Rs 8.51 crore.“
