Ram Charan’s ‘Peddi’ continues to show staying power at the box office. Even after completing 18 days in theaters, the film managed to register a healthy jump in collections on its third Sunday.According to Sacnilk reports, the film collected Rs 2.82 crore nett in India on the 18th. Compared to the net collection of Rs 1.95 crore on Saturday, the latest figure represents a growth of 44.6 percent. The film was screened in 1,763 shows on Sunday.
India’s net collection is over Rs 234 crore
‘Peddi’ has now collected Rs 234.27 crore nett in India. The film’s Indian gross collection has risen to Rs 277.26 crore.The film had concluded its first week with a massive net collection of Rs 193.55 crore. In its second week, it added another Rs 34.45 crore.Overall employment stood at 34.25 percent. Morning shows recorded 19.27 percent occupancy. Evening shows improved significantly to 44.09 percent. Evening shows recorded 39.36 percent occupancy, while evening shows ended at 24.64 percent.
Global gross reaches Rs 330 crore
“Peddi” added 10 lakhs gross internationally on 18. This pushed its overseas gross to Rs 52.85 crore.The film’s worldwide gross has now reached Rs 330.11 crore.State figures show that Andhra Pradesh and Telangana remained the strongest territories. Meanwhile, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s ‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ also enjoyed a successful Sunday at the box office. The action drama collected Rs 10.10 crore nett in India on the third day, registering a growth of 32.0 percent from Saturday’s Rs 7.65 crore.The film’s total India net collection has reached Rs 23.10 crore while its India gross is Rs 26.69 crore.
