director to Vikram has once again surprised fans by sharing another unreleased song from the original version of ‘Unnai Ninaithu’, the film he initially starred in Vijay before it was finally completed with Suriya in the main role. Months after releasing the unreleased track ‘Ennai Thalattum’, the filmmaker has now unveiled another song titled ‘Ootyku Poo Ethukku’. The release has generated excitement among Vijay fans, offering a nostalgic look at the actor during the early years of his career and rekindling interest in one of Tamil cinema’s most talked about projects.

Announcing the release, Vikraman revealed that the song was shot over 25 years ago and the original master copies are no longer available. In the description accompanying the video, he wrote: “This song was recorded over 25 years ago, and unfortunately we no longer have the original high-quality audio and video masters. What you’re seeing is the best version we could preserve.” Sung by Tippu, with music composed by Sirpy and lyrics penned by NA Muthukumar, the song features Vijay in a youthful and rarely seen avatar. Vikraman also shared that the video has been released after repeated requests from fans who wanted to see more footage from the unfinished film.
‘Unnai Ninaithu’ which changed direction with Suriya
