Union Bank of India (UBI) has announced the results of Apprentice recruitment 2026 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Candidates who appeared in the online written examination conducted by BFSI SSC on July 7, 2026, can now check the list of pre-selected candidates on the official website, unionbankofindia.bank.in.The bank has released the results in a PDF which contains the numbers of candidates who have been selected for the internship. Detailed communication regarding reporting center and last date before submission of documents will be sent to the registered email IDs of the selected candidates.It is important to note that the selection is provisional and subject to the verification of all the eligibility conditions mentioned in the notification dated April 28, 2026.

The final selection of candidates will be based on successful completion of the following criteria:
- Validation of documents and necessary documents.
- Language proficiency testing wherever appropriate.
- Providing fitness certificate as mentioned in the recruitment notification.
Documents required for reporting
Applicants selected for internships must carry the following documents when submitting pre-employment reports:
- Ten passport size photographs (equivalent to those uploaded on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal).
- Proof of permanent address and correspondence.
- Permanent Account Number (PAN) card or partial proof of PAN.
- Aadhaar card.
- Basic academic certificates and papers, including Class 10 or mathematics certificate, degree certificate, and papers.
- Valid Certificate of Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) or Other Backward Classes (OBC), if applicable.
- Disability certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable.
- Economic Sector Validity Certificate (EWS) for the financial year 2025-26, if applicable.
- One set of self-attested photocopies of all certificates and documents.
- Fitness certificate issued by a registered general practitioner with Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).

The bank has also clarified that no further communication will be sent to the candidates who have not been selected. It added that while every effort has been made to prepare the results accurately, it reserves the right to correct any errors. The bank’s decision regarding the election will be final and binding.
