Yash The ‘Toxic’ starrer remains one of the most anticipated films as it is said to be a gangster action drama with a star-studded female cast. After the makers introduced the ladies through posters, they finally shared the teaser called ‘Ladies & Ladies’, which focuses on the women in the Geethu Mohandas directorial world. ‘Toxic’ teaser focuses on female characters
The 1 minute 41 second teaser opens with a playful disclaimer and shows Yash and Kiara Advanithe characters share an intimate scene on the beach, as shown in the song ‘Tabaahi’. You can hear a narrative that defines love. He says: “Love makes monsters of women. It is a beautiful illusion if one understands the depth of its deception.”The makers further show Nayanthara’s character riding a bike, while Kiara Advani can be seen as a performer in a circus. The makers want to cater to a global audience as they have shot the entire film in English and Kannada simultaneously. Music is composed by ‘KGF’ and ‘Salaar’ fame Ravi Basrur.The film was earlier announced to hit the big screens on March 19, however, the makers announced that it would be delayed due to tensions in the Middle East. They later shared June 4 as the release date, but it was pushed back after receiving a positive response during its presentation at CinemaCon.The team later announced that the film will hit the big screens on August 26, 2026.The film will also release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.
