The counseling registration process for AP POLYCET 2026 Phase 2 (Final Phase) has started today, July 16, 2026. Eligible candidates who could not participate in the first phase or did not get a seat earlier can now complete the counseling process online through the official AP POLYCET portal.Finalist candidates must complete fee payment, certificate verification and online entry process within the scheduled time. People whose documents have not been verified online will need to go to the Help Line Center (HLC) with the necessary documents.• Enter online options: After verification, candidates can log in and select the colleges and polytechnic branches of their choice. Candidates are advised to select multiple options to increase their chances of getting a seat.AP POLYCET 2026 Exam ResultsAP POLYCET 2026 exam witnessed from about 1.63 lakh students. Of these, 1,48,950 applicants were eligible for admission, accounting for 91.37%.For OC and BC category candidates, the minimum mark is 36 out of 120, which is 30%. There is no minimum eligibility requirement for SC and ST candidates.What is expected in Phase 2 cuts and seat availabilityThe cut off point in AP POLYCET 2026 Phase 2 counseling is expected to vary depending on the branch, college and reservation group. Public polytechnic colleges may see closures ranging from 1,500 to 60,000.Compared to the first phase, the cutoff for Phase 2 is generally expected to ease by 15% to 30% as seats become available due to cancellations, non-reporting and unpaid fines.Computer Science Engineering (CSE) continues to be one of the most competitive branches.
