During his scheduled visit to the United Kingdom, Prince Harry took advantage of his trip to reunite with James Corden. Appearing during one of the latest episodes of Corden’s sports talk show, ‘After Hours,’ the prince spoke about the recent FIFA World Cup development and the confrontation between Spain and Argentina. Not only that, but because of his name, Corden brought back the ‘who’s the best Harry in the UK’ debate, which he had previously started with former footballer Rio Ferdinand.in front of star Harry Kane had inspired Ferdinand to start the ranking; however, his list had a pop icon Harry Styles at the top of the list. When the prince was finally put on the spot, he joked about the situation, commenting: “There’s a conflict of interest here!” However, he later agreed that the ‘Aperture’ singer took the top spot, and rightly so.Ferdinand’s list then followed along with Harry Potter, Harry Kane and Prince Harry, which the prince rearranged to make Kane second behind Styles, while tying for third place between him and the fictional Hogwarts character. Making a joke of the list, he commented, “And we’re going to have a Quidditch.” As for Prince’s connection to the former One Direction singer, he had met the entire band in 2015 during that year’s Royal Variety Performance.

During their chat, Corden and Prince also talked about sports, specifically what happened in the last game of the FIFA World Cup that was held over the weekend. The prince also weighed in on what he believed needed to be done to get the England team into the finals for the first time in years. England have only won the FIFA title once in 1966.He commented: “I think it’s a mentality; I think what we saw was a bit of shock value for the team. “We’re 1-0 up against Argentina, and then there was this immediate temptation to go defensive… I don’t think that was the plan. It just happened. And you can’t, in 75 minutes, no matter how long it was, try to defend against a team like this.”
