Days after tying the knot in an intimate ceremony, Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt’s future housing plans have become the talk of the town.According to a report by The Free Press Journal, aamir and Gauri, who tied the knot on July 5 at the actor’s rented apartment in Mumbai’s Pali Hill, are expected to eventually move into a luxurious abode at the remodeled Marina Apartments in Union Park, Khar.The report claims that while the couple is currently living in Aamir’s rented residence in Wilnomona on Nargis Dutt Road, their permanent home will be in the upcoming high-rise project, which is expected to be ready around 2030.
A sky villa style house for Aamir and Gauri
According to the report, Aamir, who has owned several apartments in Marina for several years, is said to be creating a grand multi-storey residence which has been described as a ‘sky villa’.According to reports, the actor plans to occupy the top three floors of the building with Gauri and their son Quinn. The report also claims that an entire floor is being designed for private gatherings, family celebrations and entertaining close friends.Aamir has often hosted intimate gatherings for friends from the film industry, sports and business circles, and the new residence is said to be being planned with these gatherings in mind.
Homes for the whole family
Also, the report claims that Aamir is allotting apartments in the same building for various members of his family.His son, actor Junaid Khanit is planned that he will receive an entire floor. The apartments are also said to be earmarked for filmmaker Kiran Rao and his son Azad.The report adds that Aamir’s mother Zeenat Hussain and his sisters Nikhat Khan and Farhat Dutta are also likely to have houses in the same complex.According to the publication, the actor has allegedly paid an advance of over Rs 100 crore to acquire additional apartments for his extended family. However, Aamir Khan has not publicly commented on these reports. The publication also reported that Aamir currently rents four luxury apartments in Wilnomona, where several members of his family, including his mother and children, already live in the same building. With Gauri Spratt and son Quinn being part of the family, the actor is said to be keeping his loved ones close.
