The Telugu action comedy-drama earned Rs 33 lakhs (Net India) on its third Thursday, according to trade tracker Sacnilk.The latest figure marks a 17.5% decline from the previous day’s 40 lakhs. The Day 21 collection came from 933 shows across the country.
India and overseas totals grow further
“Maa Inti Bangaaram” has taken its accumulated net collection from India to Rs 59.62 crore. At the same time, the film’s Indian gross collection has reached Rs 69.02 crore.The film earned 10 lakhs internationally on the 21st, taking its overseas gross to Rs 27 crores. The worldwide gross now stands at Rs 96.02 crore.The film is now less than Rs 4 crore to enter the prestigious Rs 100 crore worldwide club.
Third-week records expected a slowdown
‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ enjoyed an impressive opening phase at the box office. It collected Rs 33.70 crore in its first week before adding another Rs 20.25 crore in its second week. The film has so far earned Rs 5.67 crore in its third week.
Employment remains stable
On the 21st, the Telugu version of the film recorded an overall occupancy of 12.47%.Morning shows recorded 7.54% occupancy before improving to 10.23% in the afternoon.
