To Akhil Akkineni‘Lenin’ completed its first week in theaters with another solid day at the box office. The rural action drama, directed by Murali Kishor Abburu, witnessed only a marginal decline on its first Thursday.According to website Sacnilk, ‘Lenin’ collected around Rs 2.00 crore nett in India on Day 7. The latest figure represents a 7% drop compared to its Day 6 earnings of Rs 2.15 crore.

India week 1 collections is Rs 36.20 crore

‘Lenin’ has closed its first week with an estimated net collection of Rs 36.20 crore in India. The film’s gross has reached approximately Rs 41.52 crore. The film was screened in 2,119 shows across the country on the 7th.

The worldwide gross is close to Rs 51 crore

Reportedly, ‘Lenin’ collected around 25 lakhs from the international markets on the seventh day.This takes the film’s overseas gross to Rs 9.40 crore. Combined with its domestic performance, the worldwide gross has now risen to around Rs 50.92 crore.The Telugu version of Lenin registered an overall occupancy of 19.06% on the first Thursday. Morning shows recorded an occupancy of 15.77%, while afternoon shows improved slightly to 17.77%. Night occupancy stood at 16.00%, before rising to 21.23% during night shows.State collections continued to be led by Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, where the film collected Rs 2.10 crore on Day 7.
