He really liked the story, especially the first half. Jyotika Ma’am gave a few suggestions for the film which turned out to be extremely valuable. I narrated the script to many but the feedback I got from Jyotika ma’am was very helpful. I will mention all the changes he suggested after the release of the film.”

Venky Atluri also spoke about how he hopes the audience will react after watching the film.The filmmaker expressed confidence that viewers would leave the theaters with a sense of satisfaction.He added that the story would not make the audience feel that it was promoting anything morally wrong. Instead, he believes the film’s emotional journey and message will leave a positive impression on viewers.Venky Atluri also recalled the backlash that followed the announcement of Mamitha Baiju as Suriya’s co-star.The director said he came across memes, reels and Reddit posts debating the casting choice. However, he explained that at the time, only he and Suriya fully understood why Mamitha had been selected for the role.According to Venky, opinions changed after the release of the film’s teaser. He said that the teaser helped the audience understand the couple better and that many people eventually accepted the casting decision.

Even before its theatrical release, ‘Vishwanath And Sons’ would have achieved a major milestone in terms of pre-release business.According to Filmibeat, the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the film have been sold as per Minimum Guarantee (MG) for Rs 45 crore.
