Candidates who have appeared for the counseling can now check their seat allocation by visiting the official website, josaa.nic.in.To access the results provided, candidates must login using their Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main application number, password and security pin.The JoSAA counseling process is conducted for admission to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) and other Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs) across the country.Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round 2 must complete the online reports, including payment of fees, uploading documents and answering any questions, by July 3, 2026, till 5 PM. Those who fail to meet this deadline may lose their seat.

Freeze, Float and Slide options
After accepting the allotted seat, candidates can choose one of the following:

- Slides: Accept the school you have been offered while you qualify for the best education in the same school.
