The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) have announced the counseling process for IISER Admissions 2026. Candidates who have qualified in the entrance exam will be able to participate in Round 1 admission from July 24 at 5 pm.According to the plan, the acceptance window for Round 1 will be open until July 28, 5 pm. Round 2 official offers will be available from August 1 (5 pm) to August 5 (5 pm). The official offers for Round 3 will be released from August 10 (5 pm) to August 13 (5 pm).Candidates have to login to the IISER admission portal during the next counseling session to check their acceptance criteria and finalize the seat acceptance within the allotted time.Schools have advised the candidates to complete all admission requirements on time. Those who do not accept the assigned seat before the deadline may lose their admission.
IISER 2026 seat acceptance fee
Candidates who have received the admission will have to pay the seat acceptance fee to confirm their seat.Candidates for General, Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Other Backward Classes-Non Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), Kashmiri Migrants (KM), Kashmiri Pandit, and Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non Migrant 3,00) categories pay. The fee includes a non-refundable fee of Rs 10,000.Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories will have to pay Rs 17,500, including a non-refundable application fee of Rs 5,000.
