The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has given more time to the aspirants by extending the last date of the course to July 2026. Eligible candidates can now send their applications till July 31, 2026, for the programs offered through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and online learning methods.The extension provides additional opportunities for students and working professionals who were unable to complete admission within the deadline.
Registration is open for ODL and online courses
According to the university’s latest announcement, candidates for Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programs must complete their registration through the official ODL portal. Candidates can make their applications through the online recruitment portal which is designed for online applications.IGNOU has directed all the eligible candidates who have not yet applied for July 2026 to apply till 31st July for admission to the selected programmes.
Advanced software is provided
Various postgraduate programs are available for the July 2026 session at IGNOU. Some of their graduate programs include Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Bachelor of Social Work (BSW). The university also offers a number of honors and special undergraduate programs.The flexibility of the learning process enables candidates to combine their studies with work.
