In a statement translated from Japanese, the filmmaker said, “There will be no third time. It ends here,” confirming that the film will be the final chapter rather than the central entry in a trilogy.Godzilla Minus Zero is scheduled to open in Japan on November 3rd, followed by a US theatrical release on November 6th. This release date coincides with the release of the upcoming Indian film “Ramayana‘, which is also slated for an IMAX release. The films are slated for Diwali releases. However, according to the latest scoop, the ‘Ramayana’ team will take the lead and release a week earlier to secure the IMAX screens for the release of the mythological epic. An official announcement of the film’s release date is expected next week, during the trailer launch event.
