The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Kerala, is expected to release the Kerala Plus Two SAY (Save A Year) / Improvement Result 2026 soon. Students who have appeared in supplementary examination conducted by DHSE will be able to get their provisional admit card through official result after the result link is opened.The SAY/Improvement test was conducted for students who want to improve their marks or subjects who have failed successfully to continue progressing in their studies. The theoretical exams were held from June 29 to July 3, 2026, following the exams held on June 11 and June 12, 2026.How to monitor results after releaseStudents can check their provisional results through the Kerala HSE Result Portal by selecting the HSE SAY / Improvement Examination 2026 Result link. They have to enter their Registration Number and Date of Birth to get the badge. After submitting the information, students can view and download their interim memos.The following link will also be available through KITE Kerala Results and Kerala Results NIC portals. Students who are facing difficulty accessing websites due to high traffic can use PRD LIVE and Saphalam mobiles. Reissued cards will be available through DigiLocker. The final version of the hard copies will be provided by the various schools.Kerala Plus Two SAY exam timeThe regular Kerala Plus Two board exams were held from March 6 to March 28, 2026, and the results were declared on May 26, 2026. Students were allowed to register for the SAY / Improvement exam from June 1 to June 3, 2026. The hall tickets for the supplementary exams were released on June 26, 26, 26.Details of the functioning of the BoardThe March 2026 Plus Two board exam saw 4,52,437 students appearing across Kerala. The overall pass rate was recorded at 77.97%, showing a slight increase from last year’s 77.81%. 30,561 students achieved A+ grades in all subjects.Among the streams, Science recorded the highest percentage at 84.52%, followed by Commerce at 74.74% and Humanities at 66.38%. People had the highest proportion of students who register for the SAY exam after the stream showed a failure rate of over 33%.Scavenging and regional system informationFemale students registered 86.89% percentage, while male students registered 68.41%. Idukki emerged as the top performing district, while Kasaragod scored the lowest and saw the highest number of participants in the supplementary examination.Success of SAY resultsStudents must obtain at least 30% marks in the individual theory paper to clear the subject through the SAY test. Those who score below a grade of D+, which is a score between 30 and 39, will not meet the criteria for admission to higher education.
