'Dhamaal 4' gets U/A 13+ certificate with zero cut scenes as CBFC orders 9 edits on hand gestures and dialogues
Dhamaal 4 received a U/A 13+ certificate from the CBFC after altering “obscene” hand gestures in two places and words in seven, without cutting scenes. Directed by Indra Kumar, the film brings together Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi and others along with new cast members. It opens in theaters on July 10.

After ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’, ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’ and ‘Welcome To The Jungle’, now it’s Dhamaal 4’s turn to test its luck at the box office. The manufacturers have already closed the censorship process much earlier than expected.

“Dhamaal 4” approved with U/A 13+ certificate

According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, the Central Film Certification Board (CBFC) has cleared ‘Dhamaal 4’ with a U/A 13+ certificate, though not without some changes. Two scenes featuring “obscene” hand gestures were altered and replaced, while “obscene” words were requested to be changed in seven other cases. Remarkably, no scenes from the film were removed entirely. After these editions, the filmmakers received the censor certificate on July 2. According to the certificate, the film lasts 143 minutes, or 2 hours and 23 minutes.

‘Dhamaal 4’ brings back the main cast of the franchise

directed by Indra Kumar, ‘Dhamaal 4’ sees the return of the core cast of the franchise, including Ajay Devgn, Riteish DeshmukhArshad Warsi, Sanjay Mishra and Jaaved Jaaferi. Joining them are Esha Gupta, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Anjali Anand, Upendra Limaye, Vijay Patkarand Ravi Kishan, bringing fresh faces to the popular comedy franchise.

‘Dhamaal 4’ opens in theaters on July 10

The film is directed by Indra Kumar, with Ajay Devgn, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ashok Thakeria, Indra Kumar, Anand Pandit and Kumar Mangat Pathak as producers. ‘Dhamaal 4’ is slated to hit the theaters on July 10.
