The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) Board has announced the Bihar Under Graduate Engineering Admission Counseling (UGEAC) 2026 Round 1 seat allotment results. Candidates who participated in the counseling can now check their allotment status by visiting the official website, bcece.admissions.nic.in.To get the seat allotment results, candidates must login using their username and password.The first round of seat allotments has been prepared based on the position of the candidates in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026, the choices of colleges and courses filled during the counselling, and the availability of seats in the participating schools.Candidates who are allotted the seat must complete the application process within the allotted time. This includes downloading the allotment letter, paying the required fees, and completing the verification of documents to confirm their acceptance.
Bihar UGEAC 2026 Round 1 process
Those who have been allotted seats in the first round can download their letters from July 4 to July 9, 2026.Document verification and acceptance will take place from July 7 to July 9, 2026.The Round 2 results for the temporary seat allocation will be announced on July 17, 2026. Candidates will be able to download their Round 2 letters between July 17 and July 21, 2026, while the document verification and acceptance in the second round will take place from July 20 to July 21, 2026.The counseling process will be conducted in two phases. If seats remain vacant after these meetings, BCECE will conduct a mop-up of the remaining seats.
Bihar UGEAC 2026 Round 1 seat allotment results : Method of copying
Candidates can follow these simple steps to check their allotted results:
- Visit Bihar UGEAC official website at bcece.admissions.nic.in.
- Click the Seat Allotment Letter link available on the home page.
- Enter your registration number and password.
- Click on the Enter button.
- Your Round 1 seat allotment result will appear on the screen.
- Download the allotment letter and take a printout of the admission form.
Documents required for verification
Candidates must carry the following documents at the time of verification:
- Bihar UGEAC 2026 counseling application form copy
- Bihar UGEAC 2026 seat allotment letter
- Six passport size photographs (same as uploaded at the time of counselling)
- Class 10 certificate or admit card as proof of age
- Class 12 permit card and paper
- Aadhaar card
- School leaving certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Personal certificate
- Housing certificate (if applicable)
- Income certificate (if applicable)
- Immigration registration certificate (if applicable)
- Disability certificate of reserved part (if applicable)
- Certificate showing that the person’s parent is an employee of the Government of Bihar, Government of India, or United Nations agency posted in Bihar (if applicable)
- Permanent residence certificate of parents showing residence in Bihar for more than 10 years, wherever applicable.
Candidates are advised to complete all admissions within the given dates. Failure to pay the entry fee or verify the entire document on time may result in the cancellation of the allotted seat.
