On the latest episode of ‘The LadyGang’, the 40-year-old actress revealed the happy news that she and Martin welcomed their second baby, daughter Meyer June Martin, recently. She opened up about the matter to her co-hosts, Keltie Knight and Jac Vanek, revealing how she and Martin had been expecting their baby girl’s August 26 due date; however, her replacement, Katie, ended up developing preeclampsia. This, he explained, is a complication of the pregnancy, which is why he had to induce labor earlier than planned.The actress had announced all the way back in April earlier this year that her family of three was expected to grow soon, as they had opted to have another baby via surrogacy. During the podcast, she even revealed that she also had the opportunity to participate in the birth, which was very special to her.Recalling the moment her daughter was born on July 19, she shared, “The doctor or the midwife looks at me, and she says, ‘Do you want to deliver your baby?’ And I said, “Um, yeah,” so he gave me the gloves. I put the gloves on him. I stand down, and she says, “There’s his head,” and I put my hand on his head; suddenly Katie doesn’t even push. She as if something happened. This baby slides out, and me and the midwife are like holding the baby.“

The actress went into more detail about how she and Martin came up with their baby’s name. She mentioned, “So we were doing a family name. I knew I wanted to use June as a middle name. That was my grandmother who I was incredibly close to. And then my grandmother’s father, my great-grandfather, is called Meyer, and it means light bearer in Hebrew.”The couple welcomed their first child, Rutherford ‘Ford’ Thomas Martin, in 2022 also via surrogacy. Tobin has been open about her journey with motherhood, sharing that she suffered two miscarriages before all of this and had to deal with a lot of fertility issues.
