With the premiere of ‘Lenin’ just a few days away, To Akhil Akkineni, Nagarjuna to AkkineniBhagyashri Borse, producer Naga Vamsi and members of the film’s team visited the Tirumala Venkateswara temple to seek divine blessings.As seen in the videos shared on X, Nagarjuna was accompanied by his family as the team offered prayers for the success of the much-awaited Telugu action drama ‘Lenin’.
Big preview event
Before visiting Tirumala, the team held the film’s preview event on July 5 at the Nehru Municipal Grounds in Tirupati.Addressing his fans, Akhil thanked them for standing by him despite the long gap between his releases.He said: “It’s been a long time since my last release, and I sincerely apologize for keeping you waiting. Not being able to stay connected with all of you has always weighed heavily on my heart. I only ask for your love and acceptance. Please embrace me as one of you and support my film, because that is what will truly make me happy.”
Nagarjuna praises Akhil Akkineni’s performance
Veteran actor Nagarjuna Akkineni, who attended the event as the chief guest, was very positive about his son’s transformation in the film. Praising Akhil’s performance, he stated, “You won’t see Akhil on screen, you will only see ‘Lenin’. He has completely immersed himself in the role,” as quoted by the Ap 7 am website.The senior actor also described the film as a “Mahabharata unfolding in Seema”.
Nagarjuna expresses confidence in ‘Lenin’
Nagarjuna also expressed full confidence in the film’s theatrical prospects. He said that the audience would witness a different side of Akhil in the upcoming action drama. Encouraging fans to support the release, he declared, “On July 10, our man will come and do it,” while seeking Lord Venkateswara’s blessings for the film’s success.

Written and directed by Murali Kishore Abburu, ‘Lenin’ is a Telugu language village action drama set against the rugged backdrop of Rayalaseema.
