Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad has started the counseling process for Phase 1 of Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TG PGECET) 2026. Eligible candidates can complete the registration through the official website, pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in.Candidates who have passed the TG PGECET 2026 or have a valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) are eligible to participate in the counseling process for admission to Master of Engineering (ME), Master of Technology (MTech) and Master of Architecture (MArch) courses offered by participating colleges in Telangana.According to the counseling process, the last date to complete online registration is July 9. Candidates should also upload photocopies of required certificates for online verification. Physical verification of certificates for special categories, including NCC, CAP, PH and Sports section, will be held from July 7 to July 9.JNTU will publish the list of qualified candidates on July 12. Candidates can use the online method for the first round of counseling from July 13 to July 15, while the preparation window will be available on July 16.The provisional seat allotment results of Phase 1 will be announced on July 19. Candidates who have been allotted seats will have to report to the allotted colleges between July 20 and July 24 to complete the admission process.In order to participate in the counseling, the candidates have to complete the registration, verify the documents and enter the online process. This process also includes paying the fees for counselling, upgrading certificates and verifying relevant documents.Candidates are advised to keep their TG PGECET cards, relevant degree certificates, educational certificates, Aadhaar card and caste certificates ready before starting the registration process.

- Go to the official website pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in
- Click on the “TG PGECET 2026 – Admission” link on the landing page
- Select “ME/M.Tech./M.Arch” tab
- Click on the registration link under the application section
- Select the entrance exam you have appeared for
- Click on New Registration
- Enter the required information and complete the registration
- Pay the fine
- Upload the necessary documents and submit the application
JNTU has also said that the link for MPharmacy/PharmD (PB) admission counseling will be opened soon. Eligible candidates will be able to apply online once the link is provided.
