Jennifer Lopez is all about embracing life’s ups and downs and taking breakups in a more positive way. In one of her latest appearances, the actress and singer opened up about her relationship history and how every breakup has been a good thing for her, in one way or another.

Lopez recently got candid about her everyday life and how things have been for her since their breakups. For context, the ‘Ain’t Your Mama’ singer has been married and divorced about 4 times.He explained during the interview that he believes that breakups should be accepted. She added: “I just feel like the biggest growth spurts that I’ve had emotionally, mentally and psychologically have always come from heartbreak,” she said on an episode of ‘SubwayTakes with Kareem Rahma.’Her advice is not only related to romantic heartbreaks, but to any kind of relationship in between, whether it’s with a friend or at work. The star revealed that she takes all of this in a positive light and over the years has chosen to grow as a person after every change that took place in her life.“It’s the only time you dig. You’re like, ‘What the hell happened?’ how do i do it Why do I keep doing this? Or why didn’t this happen? What could I have done better?” You change,” he commented. As for the people who continue to break things, Lopez shared his own views and stated that these people do not grow. She added: “Because if you’re going through your life and you’re like, you know, breaking hearts, let’s say, and you’re the one who never feels anything, you’re the loser. You never learn anything.”
