According to Deccan Chronicle, speaking about the incident, he said, “There has to be a line. A funeral is a farewell, not a photo opportunity. At some point, compassion has to be greater than content.”On Monday, Radikaa also shared a touching tribute to K Bhagyaraj on X (formerly Twitter). He said the funeral, which should have been a quiet farewell, turned into a circus because of the crowd and constant taping.

On her Instagram stories, she also shared a video of the funeral which showed Radikaa asking people in the crowd to stop recording. Later, she shared a video supporting a post criticizing the behavior of some onlookers and paparazzi.

The funeral of K Bhagyaraj

K Bhagyaraj died on June 27 in Chennai after suffering a cardiac arrest. He was 73 years old. His last rites were performed with full state honors on June 28 at the Besant Nagar crematorium. Many actors and technicians from the Tamil film industry attended the funeral to pay their last respects.
