New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is about to close the online critical window for NEET UG answer keys temporarily today, June 28, 2026, 11:50 PM.Candidates who have undergone medical examination must submit their objections along with a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 per examination before the last date.Travel Highlights & HighlightsThe exam was fast-tracked by the central agency to close the existing gap, affecting more than 20 lakh candidates across the country.The answer window opened on June 25, 2026, giving candidates a 72-hour window to verify their test booklet.

Refunds and Confirmation RulesNTA has confirmed that if the objection is found to be valid by its panel of experts, an amount of Rs 200 will be refunded to the registered bank account.To facilitate refunds, a dedicated page has been created on the official NTA website, where applicants can verify or update their bank account details until June 30, 2026.In order to pass the admissions challenge, the candidates must upload the official documents, preferably from NCERT textbooks or other reputed academic publications.What Happens Next?After the critical window is closed, the NTA will complete the review of the submissions and complete the scanning and verification of the Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) papers.Then the revised Final Answer Key will be published. This final answer key will be constructive and will serve as the sole basis for calculating the scores, fixing the eligibility, and determining the cut-offs before the announcement of NEET UG 2026 next month.
