When asked if he wants to work with him again, the filmmaker happily admitted that he has been open to the idea for some time.“We always got along great, we were tremendous creative partners. Adam McKay shares that he had stopped being funny to Will Ferrell

McKay revealed that Ferrell was never someone who wanted to produce content entirely, and after a while, it became too much work. He added: “I was really the one who wanted to produce, but the life of a movie star is very different from that of a writer-director. So we parted ways. But life goes on. We had a great career. I certainly have no hard feelings, and who knows, we’ll see what happens.” He also concluded by saying that the company was never something Ferrell was passionate about.
