TMZ reported that the TV star and chef was officially granted a temporary restraining order against her ex, as well as her father, for the time being. The report also stated that the judge ordered both of them to leave the star’s place where they had been staying.The news comes after Sandoval reported that he was allegedly attacked at his home by the father-daughter duo. According to the report, he claimed the abusive behavior had continued for some time; however, the June 3 incident prompted him to call the police.It was mentioned that after Victoria and ‘The Traitors’ star were arguing, he realized she had been recording the whole ordeal. As the night progressed, Lee’s father became aggressive and punched a hole in the wall and door of the room where he was hiding. He also alleged that J. Will Robinson “pounced on him” and punched him in the face, causing an injury to his neck and ear. The authorities were later called to the premises and Victoria and her father were arrested.In the report, it was also revealed that Tom alleged that the abuse had been ongoing for the past two years, since the two started dating. She “insulted and degraded” him according to the report and mentioned several names and derogatory comments she used against him on several occasions.A statement from the presentation reads: “[Robinson] and his father continues to live in our rental house, which I am currently paying off. Meanwhile, I have been completely displaced from my home. I bring this petition because I cannot tolerate it [Robinson’s] He also mentioned that he is concerned for her safety and wishes to have a restraining order granted, which was granted.“My efforts to keep the peace have been met with more hostile behavior [Robinson].
