Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) announced Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counseling (UPTAC) round 2 seat distribution results 2026 today, July 25. Candidates who participated in the second round of counseling for Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Bachelor of Design (BDes) and Master of Technology (Integrated) [MTech (Integrated)] Applications can now check their allotment status on the official website, uptac.samarth.edu.in.Candidates who are satisfied with the allotted seat can select ‘Freeze’ option to confirm their acceptance. Those who want to be considered for a good seat in the upcoming meetings can choose the ‘Float’ option. Candidates who do not want to continue with the counseling can withdraw their allotted seat within the established process.AKTU administers counseling on behalf of the Uttar Pradesh Technical Education Department for admission to higher and integrated courses offered by AKTU affiliated universities and other state universities. Admission is based on international exams, including Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main, Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG), Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG) and National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), depending on the course.
