Actor-writer Rony David Raj has shared a promising update for ‘Kannur Squad’ fans. He revealed in a recent interview that talks about a sequel have already begun and that mammoth the project has been reported.In an interview with Reporter Films, Rony explained that the team has started discussions, but is waiting for everyone involved to return from their current shooting schedules before taking the next step.
The team has already spoken to Mammootty
Rony David Raj, providing an update on the progress of the sequel, said that the makers have already discussed the idea with Mammootty. However, he clarified that detailed planning will begin only after the director Roby Varghese Raj and the actor fulfills his standing commitments.He said, “Discussions are on for ‘Kannur Squad 2’. We have already spoken to Mammookka about the project. Roby is also due. He is currently busy shooting a film with Kunchacko Boban. His next project with ‘Falimy’ director Nithish Sahadev started shooting on the last day.
