National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the online registration process for the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) 2026. Eligible candidates can now submit their applications through the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/aiapget, till July 30, 2026, 11:50 pm.AIAPGET is administered by NTA on behalf of Ministry of AYUSH, National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and National Commission for Homeopathy (NCH). Entrance examination is conducted for admission to Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS) and Doctor of Medicine (DM) programs in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy under All India Quota (AIQ) and State Quota.According to the official schedule, candidates can pay the application fee online till 11:59 pm on July 30, 2026. The application processing window will be open from August 1 to August 2, 2026.The AIAPGET 2026 exam will be held on August 22, 2026 (Saturday) in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The exam will consist of 120 multiple choice questions (MCQs) carrying 480 marks, with a duration of 120 minutes. The exam will be held in 122 cities across the country.The question paper will be available in different languages ​​depending on the course. Ayurveda will be presented in Hindi and English, Homeopathy in English only, Siddha in Tamil and English, and Unani in Urdu and English.NTA has implemented a number of measures to encourage the examination. Candidates are advised to complete Aadhaar verification while filling the application form. They should also upload a live photograph at the time of registration in addition to the passport size photograph. Applicants applying under the category of Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) using the Unique Disability ID (UDID) are required to fill the application requirements.The agency has advised applicants to submit only one application, as multiple applications will result in rejection. Applicants must also ensure that the uploaded photograph, live photograph and signature meet the requirements. They are advised to keep their registered email ID and mobile number active throughout the admission period and complete the application before the due date to avoid last minute technical issues.The intimation slip page and the dates for receiving the cards will be announced later on the official website.
