Haryana Board is revising the last date for online submission of Class 9 and 11 annual exams

New Delhi: The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) has extended the last date for affiliated schools to conduct the annual examinations of Class 9 and Class 11 for the academic session 2025-26. Schools can now submit letters online until July 24, 2026.The announcement was made jointly by HBSE Chairman Shankar Lal Dhoopar and Secretary Munish Sharma, IAS. The last date for downloading the letters was July 7, 2026.Schools have been asked to complete the project within the revised time frameThe board has directed all government schools, government schools, gurukuls and vidyapeeths which have not sent the annual examination for Class 9 and 11 students to complete the process by the revised deadline.Institutions have been advised to log into the official website of HBSE using their assigned ID and password and ensure that the marks are uploaded within the stipulated time.Failure to improve the marks may affect the eligibility for the board examThe organization said that schools that fail to raise the annual test for eligible students by July 24 may face problems for their students.According to the notification, the students whose annual examinations have not been upgraded within the stipulated time will not be allowed to appear for the annual board examinations of Class 10 and Class 12 conducted by HBSE.The organization provides technical support informationIn order to complete the project on time, the board has advised the schools facing technical difficulties to contact the designated numbers during working days from 9 am to 5 pm.Schools can seek support by calling 01664-254300 or 01664-254302. They can also report issues related to registration through the official email address of the registration department within working days.The organization has urged all the affiliated institutions to complete the annual online examination before the rescheduled last date so that the students do not face any problem during the examination.
