Candidates from the General and OBC categories must score at least 45 percent of the total marks, while those from the SC, ST and PwD categories must score at least 40 percent. If any questions are omitted from the final evaluation, the qualifying marks out of 100 may be reduced accordingly.Eligible candidates will receive a Practice Certificate through their State Bar Association. This certificate is required to become a lawyer before the courts in India. Candidates who are not eligible can appear in the next phase of AIBE, as there is no limit on the number of attempts.
