This Friday, the Town Planning Department carried out a drive to remove illegal constructions in the area. Several structures were demolished for violating building norms, including the ramp outside Singh’s house.

According to Dainik Bhaskar, the anti-encroachment drive targeted unauthorized structures in the DLF neighborhood, with officials claiming that the ramp outside the actor’s house had been built without obtaining necessary approvals.

While the demolition was underway, the actor stepped outside to speak to site officials. He asked if any action would be taken inside his home and said his father had bought the property in 1991. He also raised questions about the ramp being removed, though he remained calm and polite throughout. Singh asked if the demolition process was being officially recorded and sought the name of the officer overseeing the operation. District Town Planner Amit Madhaulia identified himself, after which Singh shook hands with him and the rest of the team, to end the interaction amicably.
